One of our long standing Chef’s, Will has been honing his skills in producing hand made pasta and wants to join our Piquant online team to provide you with some fresh Artisanal produce. He has 14 years of experience behind him and a wealth of worldly culinary practices.

This, fortunately for us, and you, includes fresh pasta. First learning this skill in the classic style and environment; A small kitchen in Italy’s South, at the hands of a Nonna with an old recipe. Will is also joined by Angela, the grand-daughter of Nonna. Originating from Maiori, in the Amalfi Coast and bringing the inside knowledge to the team.
