- heat polenta cake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until warmed through
- heat mushroom mix, asparagus, broad bean salsa (seperately) in microwave (about 1 minute each)
- spoon mushroom mix onto a plate, top with polenta cake, arrange asparagus alongside, spoon broad beans and salsa over
