Coconut, Chickpea, Vegetable Curry

Ingredients: onion, garlic, red chilli, cardamom, cumin, coriander, turmeric, curry powder, corma curry powder, garam masala, salt, white pepper, coconut milk, chickpea, tomato, pumpkin, cauliflower, fennel, sweet potato, mushroom (vegetables do change seasonally)
Spice Level: spicy

Goes well with: steamed jasmine rice

Heating Instructions:

Defrost in refrigerator overnight or 3 mins on defrost in microwave

• Microwave: Heat in microwave for approximately 2 min. on high. Remember to stir part way through to ensure even heating
• Oven: Remove from the container, place on oven tray covered with foil into oven that has been pre heated to 180 degrees. Heat through for 15 – 20 min. or until hot
