Lamb Vegetable & Black Bean Soup

Ingredients: Lamb, onions, garlic, ginger, season vegetables, tomato, black bean, sea salt, black pepper.
Spice Level: not spicy
Size: 600 grams – serves 2 adults
Storage: frozen product
Dietary: gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free

Goes well with: fresh crusty bread

Heating Instructions:

Defrost in refrigerator overnight or 3 mins on defrost in microwave

• Microwave: Heat in microwave for approximately 2 min. on high. Remember to stir part way through to ensure even heating
• Stove Top: Remove from container and put into a pot on the stove over a medium heat. Stirring constantly so as to heat through without burning.
