Bolognese Sauce – Piquant style

Ingredients: beef mince, garlic, onion, celery, mushroom, carrots, tomato, eggplant, olive oil, paprika, rosemary, oregano
Spice Level: not spicy
Size: 300 grams – serves 1 adult
Storage: frozen product
Dietary: gluten free, dairy free, egg free, nut free

Goes well with: spaghetti or penne pasta and salad

Heating Instructions:

Defrost in refrigerator overnight or 3 mins on defrost in microwave

• Microwave: Heat in microwave for approximately 2 min. on high. Remember to stir part way through to ensure even heating
• Stove Top: Remove from container and put into a pot on the stove over a medium heat. Stirring constantly so as to heat through without burning.
